Batch Bugfixes
Three stock fixes: MIDI Plays-Free trig (a MIDI track's scale byte can leave garbage), the empty-pattern LED, and Part-change carryover. Nothing on the panel.
Display Behaviour
Changes MIDI triggering, Part changes, and a trig LED. It adds no LCD page.
Status: on hardware: the author's MKI (bugs 1 and 3, and bug 2's [BANK]-held stall ended); bug 2's [PTN] answers emulator-verified identical to its earlier hardware-confirmed version.
